L. Tuna mayo, Ancient grains bread, lettuce & tomatoes. A pear.
D. The last of the lentil curry & rice. Also finished the mango chutney.

What a gorgeous morning!
After a nice long walk on the moors with Kato I came back to my small beef joint which had been cooking in the toven for a couple of hours! 
I decided to have some garlic brown skinned mushooms with it as well. Beef was sliced on my chopping boad and after adding the goodness from the dish and some vey course Himalayan salt it was all eaten with gay abandon and enjoyed with the mushooms.
Luckily I have enough beef joints for the next three Sundays, so life is good!

B. A fruit smoothie - it was so filling (and unpleasant) that I couldn't eat anything else until mid afternoon when I had a pita bread pizza.
Might have some toast later. All FREE.

Mackerel, mixed lettuce, coleslaw, cottage cheese, Beth Alph cuc and 6 chunky chips.
Today pan fried sole with potatoes, broccoli and carrots.

I am just about to share some Air Fried beef meatballs & grated cheddar cheese spread on top with Kato!
I have also just cut my recently purchased cheap pork joint in half and have one half in the oven for ron and put tuther half in the freezer!

L. Toasted bagels with tuna mayo & tomatoes. Several bruised pears.
D. Wraps filled with vegan "meat" shreds, lettuce, tomato & mayo.
All FREE except granola & yogurt

I had the pork joint fo supper with one year out pf date (Sept 24) sage & onion stuffing. And very tasty it was too!
Surprised that Kato enjoyed the stuffing with his pork as well!
