RE: Tonight’s recipe - Small chilli - 17-06-2020 Venison lasagna & very large side salad RE: Tonight’s recipe - PyreneesPlot - 18-06-2020 Last night I made for the first time Gozleme, Turkish flatbread/pancake kind of things cooked on the griddle and then filled with faiselle (a wetter cottage cheese) caramelised onions, lettuce, pickled chillies & olives. They were nice and flaky yet soft enough to roll. A winner! RE: Tonight’s recipe - Bren - 18-06-2020 I like the sounds of gozleme I've found a recipe that uses sourdough so that's one to bookmark. This evening we're having jacket potatoes, homemade meat balls, chilli beans and cheese. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Can the Man - 18-06-2020 Cajun pork chops, steamed carrots and new potatoes with butter and parsley on it RE: Tonight’s recipe - Veggie - 18-06-2020 Courgette rashers on a cheese topped bread roll. Surprisingly successful!. Slice the courgettes lengthwise (each one make 3/4 "rashers"). Coat with seasoned flour and shallow fry until crispy brown. Pile onto a buttered bread roll. I haven't eaten bacon for 30 years so it convinced me it was a bacon buttie. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Bren - 19-06-2020 Cornish pasty, mushy peas and onion gravy. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Broadway - 19-06-2020 Fish finger sandwich, chips, and the obligatory side salad RE: Tonight’s recipe - Greenleaves - 19-06-2020 Hot dogs tonight RE: Tonight’s recipe - Can the Man - 19-06-2020 It’s Friday night takeaway- Indian curry RE: Tonight’s recipe - JJB - 19-06-2020 Sausage pasta bake with new season chard and carrot thinnings |
