I'd forgotten about pancake day, today we're having carrot, ginger and courgette soup with SC's garlic pita bites for lunch then this evening hot dogs, green salad and mixed pickles.

I was all for having masses of pancakes but P declined on healthy eating grounds
, I know I could make some for myself but it hardly seems worth it it just for one.
