My freezer binge seems to be working ok as I can actiually get the doors shut on both of them without having to chip away ice or reshuffle whats inside!
RE: 2026 - Today's Recipe - Veggie - 21-01-2026 B. Porridge oats, flaked quinoa, flax seeds, raisins, yogurt & honey L. Toasted olive bread with a couple of homegrown tomatoes D. Leftover Seitan fried with a chopped shallot and slice cooked sprouts, with rice and dried green leaves - not sure what they were as I forgot to label the jar. Think it was Alexanders/Scots lovage. RE: 2026 - Today's Recipe - Vinny - 22-01-2026 Mince & leek dumplings at a cafe before shopping. Bought a pork joint from Lidl and had that for my supper, eaten off a wooden chopping board. I wil have them with eggs, either fried or scrambled and may even have a tiny bit of mash+butter from my bag of frozen stuff? (Used to be one of my favourites, mash with a soft yolked fried egg on top and speared so that the yolk runs through the mash) |
