RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - Vinny - 03-09-2025 Trying my hand at Koftas today. I had 500g of lamb mince in freezer (£1.09 reduced price!) ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - Veggie - 03-09-2025 B. Stewed apple, granola & yogurt with more out of date honey. L. Hummus from the freezer (use by Feb 2024). with tomatoes in wholemeal bread sandwiches D. Portobello mushrooms, thickly sliced and dipped in seasoned flour (leftover from when I did courgettes recently). The flour stopped them from soaking up too much fat in the frying pan and they were crisp and crunchy. I'd do this again! Eaten with baked beans and cheese chunks. All FREE except the granola & YS yogurt. |
