I have learnt a few things about food I never knew: Olive oil is bad for the heart if used to cook with, in addition, I thought virgin olive oil was the best for you.....only to find out its not Butter is one of the major causes of heart disease Walnuts and chestnuts are amongst the healthiest nuts for the heart. Black beans are the healthiest legume, closely followed by butter beans. Smoked fish (yellow dyed) is very unhealthy as fish goes, due to added sodium. So bearing that in mind any healthy eating options greatly received. Today I had Sirloin steak and scrambled eggs with cheese. 1/4lb butter was eaten with this to keep up my fat content as I eat zero carbs. Nice to have you back Admin! Prawn mayo, coleslaw and couscous with chickpeas Water melon D. will probably be a jacket potato again as I've just found one in the microwave!! All FREE.
