Yesterday I had a ribeye and scrambled eggs rather than my trout fillets!
Today I had turf & surf with trout fillets and Sirloin at home and will have smashburgers in the Motorhome on a parkup for Ron..

D. Leftover mince and broccoli with black bean spaghetti. It tasted OK but looked like the contents of a wormery!!

Just finished cooking & eating my experimental recipe OMAD 95% carnviore, near to zero carb meal for today.
Cheese and egg omelette cooked in butter with diced lambs liver and diced bacon/onion also cooked in butter. Remaining butter from each pan poured over the top!
Very tasty,satisfying & nutricious, I will deffo make it again at some point!

At lunchtime we had an Aldi's plant menu 'sausage roll' it was much nicer than I expected it to be.
Will be buying them again.
