A YS pasty this morning with a cold coffee after moning workout. Bought some YS beef bones with a view to making some bone broth? I will cook them in air fryer first then boil in pan with water?
In the mean time I have treated myseslf to a ribeye steak.

Just hada bulletpoof offee this moning before heading to allotment. The round yellow and green courgettes are still produicing so rathe than giving them away I thought i would try a carnivore-ish recipe to ue some up.

It was heavily edited ie no rice and I didn't add any of the insides of the courgettes in the filling! I used one green courgette and one yellow courgette
.Thee was loads of filling left so I had this on a plate as an aperitif.
A little bit like a spag bol without the herbs I thought and the cougettes have just came out the oven, look nice, but I haven't tasted them yet

Quite tasty but a lot of liquid comes out of cougettes when cut up to eat? I think I would puncture the bottom if I made again. Not bad though!
