RE: Tonight’s recipe - Can the Man - 21-01-2021 Fish and chips and onion rings RE: Tonight’s recipe - Vinny - 21-01-2021 Honey and mustard glazed pork chops with mash and mixed veg. I've also made a gooseberry and apple crumble but because we had some Black Forest Gateaux left we ate that instead. It will be interesting to see how the goosegog and apple crumble tastes, later though RE: Tonight’s recipe - Bren - 22-01-2021 Vinny I think any kind of crumble is good, the last one I made was rhubarb and raspberry. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Small chilli - 22-01-2021 Tonight will be homemade veggie lasagna & garlic tear & share bread. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Vinny - 22-01-2021 More this afternoon than tonight but I have just put the dogs chicken thighs in the oven so I thought I may as well cook off a corned beef pie from the freezer, an indeterminate un-labelled pie from the freezer and some haggis slices that go out of date today! Should make for an interesting late lunch with leftover tattie and veg. RE: Tonight’s recipe - JJB - 22-01-2021 A vegetarian jollop, made with frozen home grown tomato puree, homegrown dried beans, onions, and anything going mothery in the veg drawer, in this instance celery and sweet potatoes. Like SC we try to do veggie once a week, don't always achieve it, but we try. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Broadway - 22-01-2021 Fish finger sandwich, chips, trusty side salad RE: Tonight’s recipe - Bren - 22-01-2021 Tortellini minestrone soup with a couple of slices of sourdough. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Scarlet - 22-01-2021 (21-01-2021, 03:43 PM)Small chilli Wrote: Tonight will be flying toad in the holeWell I didn't have toad in the hole but I had something that did fly ... not sure really as it had no label, it looked pheasant sized. Confit "pheasant" with avocado salad. Was delicious! RE: Tonight’s recipe - Broadway - 23-01-2021 Chicken curry, rice, nan/chapati |
