RE: 2023 - What I harvested today - Mark_Riga - 22-01-2023 Leeks and carrots for lunch, the leeks had ice in the middle. RE: 2023 - What I harvested today - Veggie - 01-02-2023 Rocket from the GH for lunch Kale (possibly Asparagus kale) leaves for dinner (that's in the evening, Mark). This kale pops up all over the garden. I think its Asparagus Kale as I grew some nearby about 10 years ago and its self seeded ever since. RE: 2023 - What I harvested today - Bren - 02-02-2023 Mixed lettuce, land cress and baby chard. RE: 2023 - What I harvested today - Veggie - 03-02-2023 Lettuce, 2 sorts of anonymous Oriental leaves and a bunch of parsley. RE: 2023 - What I harvested today - Can the Man - 07-02-2023 Some fresh carrots from the poly tunnel for the dinner, my son and his family came for dinner and my granddaughter loves carrots especially raw ones, so we cooked some for dinner, she ate some raw, and brought a bag home with her. I also picked some Russian kale the stuff that looks like dandelion leaves and smells terrible when boiling, also picked cavolo nero and boiled both for dinner as well as the carrots that were steamed. RE: 2023 - What I harvested today - Veggie - 14-02-2023 An enormous carrot - just one - I'm saving the rest for best. RE: 2023 - What I harvested today - Can the Man - 15-02-2023 I harvested a few carrots today and a few onions from my store from last season. RE: 2023 - What I harvested today - Mark_Riga - 22-02-2023 Just one parsnip (1.2kg). Roasted 1/2 with potatoes for tea and rest in fridge. RE: 2023 - What I harvested today - Bren - 23-02-2023 Yesterday the last of my parsnips. |
