RE: Tonight’s recipe - JJB - 18-05-2020 Gammon steaks, fried egg on top, last years frozen broad beans, carrots and potato wedges for him, mashed cauliflower for me. Not really exotic. None of it home grown, but it was the quickest I could do, in order to get to my online tutorial with the Open University for 7pm RE: Tonight’s recipe - Veggie - 18-05-2020 Lockdown pasta. Tagliatelle (use by Sept 2014!!) 2 mushrooms, a tomato and a homegrown courgette, cooked in a little oil and stirred into some leftover mushy peas. Serve with tagliatelle and a glass of red.
