If it's a squirrel, fox or a tree burying these eggs, where are they getting them from?
I want a tree that lays a lawn. Where do I get one? does it have plant friends that do the weeding?
There's a bird called a Roller. he could help you out!!

This is some post, started off with a tree that buries eggs, then squirrels that buries foxes, now someone looking for magic trees to lay a lawn, never heard of magic trees, so would mushrooms do, though I think there are some here who have found them already Big Grin

There are chickens two fields over from me. All I can assume is a Fox is stealing eggs and bringing them here to hide. Lots of foxes here now. I gave up chicken keeping because I couldn't keep them out.
Unfortunately it is getting close to little fox time so guess they are stashing goodies ready for it. Sad

So, you are, saying, the tree had nothing to do with hiding the eggs, jings I was going to ask for a cutting of the tree
