Having spotted blossom on one of the peach trees, I've done a quick look at the other fruit trees and bushes for signs of life.Smile

Green leaf buds on:-
Blackcurrant
Jostaberry
Quince tree
Raspberries

No sign of life on :-
Apples
Pears
Plums
Medlar

Do you want to add your progress here?
I’ve noticed leaf buds on the red currant cuttings I took last autumn.
I’m guessing there’s some buds high up on the fruit trees as Mr & Mrs bullfinch are eating something.
My dwarf potted pear, cherry, plum and mulberry at home, all have buds on. Cool
My strawberries all have new leaf shoots on. The new tayberry, whilst looking small and a little sorry for itself is sprouting from the base. The blackberry thug is thinking about it. Gooseberries are popping, rhubarb is shooting.
There are definitely signs of flower buds on my little blueberry bush - I've ordered a second one of a different variety (Pink Lemonade) to improve fertilisation.
I noticed new growth on my blueberries today too. Smile
Veggie, perhaps you recall when you were a good influence on me to buy some fruit trees a few years back...my nectarine got booted out of its home and didn't survive, but most of the others are in the ground.

The one I left in its pot and thought would never do much, the apricot, has even decided to try for a few blossom this year after I remembered to shift it into the GH. Sorry for the clumsy photo, but here it is:

Excellent news! I'm so glad you listened to me (you may be the only one who doesWink.
I'm still waiting to see an apricot flower on either the standard one which must be about 5 years old or the 2 or is it 4 little ones like yours!

I'm hoping this is a Mirabelle plum!
It flowered for the first time last year but there were no fruits, masses of blossom this year, so, fingers crossed for pollination.
My patio Confernce pear has loads of flowerbuds on whereas I only got one pear last year. I just hope this frosty weather doesn't affect fruit set?
