In an idle moment I tried to imagine my garden drawn as squares on graph paper. A sort of Square Foot/Yard grid covering the entire garden where there were no curved lines, only squares
I've seen all the neat plans where beds are perfect rectangles and that's easy to imagine but, no matter how I imagined it, all I could turn mine into was a Crossword, where black squares were paths and white squares were beds.

What game would you play in yours? Chess/draughts, snakes and ladders, Monopoly..............

Answers on a postcard to...............
I don’t know what I’d play. Probably something like noughts and crosses
Battleships and Cruisers at the mo. Big Grin Probably Snakes and Ladders in the future! Rolleyes
A jungle would be involved - and a swamp.
Because the greenhousee door sticks sometimes and the wife comes over, probably dungeons and dragons Wink

Sounds like you need Kings and Things Big Grin

The Wikipedia description is rather dull and dry, but basically you have a board game made of hexagonal tiles with different terrain, e.g. mountain, desert, jungle, and an army of "Things" (fantasy monsters such as dragons and zombies) that you use to try and conquer it (and your fellow players). We used to play it a lot, back when I hung out with a bunch of gamers in the 80s and 90s. Lots of silly fun!
In its previous state, I think my garden would have been Black Morn Manor, a horror board game where intrepid adventurers brave haunted woods and crumbling ruins in search of evil Big Grin

Currently it's a bit like a half-built Lego set, with some parts all neat and rectangular and other areas just piles of random coloured bricks!
Sleeping lions, cos I'm lazy Smile
I'm going for the Mousetrap game with the amount of mice I've saw out there last summer.
Hopscotch - I'm always stepping over or around plants.
