I shall sow some more sweet peas today.
Like you, Scarlet I’ve got a good few from an Autumn sowing. Mine have been outside under old double glazing panes.
But I like to have a second sowing round about now to extend the flowering season.

I was also going to try some in March? I'm sure I watched a program with Carole what's her face did a very late sowing and was picking in late September?
I love them but I found the fragrance gave me migraines- but I love to gift them abs they look fab in the garden

Though I'm sure they will be fine. No cover. My project this year is maybe try to make a large coldframe - laden with mouse traps - sorry veggies
Why the apology Scarlet, are you going to eat them
Is it time for an Autumn sowing of sweet peas?
I always intend to sow some at this time of your but never get around to it.
Got a bunch of packets of sweet peas in that £1 T&M flower bumper pack so they'll all be getting sown...Floral Tribute Mixed, Robert Uvedale, White Supreme, Sugar 'n' Spice, Bijou Mixed
That's a good £1 worth, TMTT.

Monty on Gardener's World did his last week, so better get a wriggle on!
I must do some myself this weekend, thanks (both) for the reminders.
I haven't done any late summer/autumn sowing this year. Sweet peas coming up this weekend, as I also got loads in my bargain pack
I haven't started any yet - but the mice stole
Most of my drying seeds while on the plants this year
so annoying!
