My friend has recently signed us both up for a subscription to GW magazine. Which was very kind of her. I had no idea until today when my first issue turned up today. A very interesting review on compost bins. And 2 pages on how to sow our free seeds, that we didn’t get

GW is Gardener's World? If so, yeah, we got the free seeds - Dahlia Mignon and Echinacea Large Flowered.

Yeah that’s it. Thanks. I’ll let my friend know as well, that seeds were with some copies. She might want to have a little chat with them about it. I don’t really feel I have the right to have a whine about it as I’m getting it for free. But then my friend has paid for my subscription so maybe I should.
I had a similar problem with Garden Answers - missing seeds - so contacted them and they sent me a complete magazine with seeds.

They may ask for your subsription number which may be on the address label?
Thanks veggie I put my subscription number on the bottom of the email, but they never asked for it.
I eventually found what I thought was the correct place to email them. I got an automated email straight back. Saying they can’t answer emails in the normal way & gave me a load more options. None of which were appropriate. Finally saying if none of those please go to our contact us form. Which oddly enough is where I started !
I tried, I give up! Maybe I’ll get next month’s seeds
