I used to grow one chilli that did well in a pot, was quite decorative really , small chillis and about a foot high, but the chilis were too hot for me. I used to work in an office with a lot of Indians that lived on curry, 3 times a day I think. I offered a plant to them and at first they were doubtful but when they tasted one raw they thought it was good.
looked like this

but that is F1 I used to save seeds off it and grew for a few years. SC will probably be able to recommend a few.
Yeah basket of fire is good. I think you can keep any chilli small if you keep it in a smallish pot. 2lt or 3lt.
They’ll all be happier being indoors than outside generally. There’s a few that will grow outside in a sheltered spot. Don’t ask me which ones. Up here it’s none of them.
I don't mind trying a few flowers if it will help Veggie? Well I'll hand them over to Mrs B.
Broadway and McDood - can you PM your addresses please so I can send you some seeds?
Unless Admin, Spec and Moth have moved in the last few years, I have your addresses already.
PM sent, thank you Veggie
