I lost a fair bit of weight up to Christmas last year, but I've put it all back on again. It's been a combination of heavy workload at work, house viewings for months on end meant many visits to fast food establishments and far too much home made cake.... and very little gardening!
That must change - I want to get that weight off again, make cakes less often and do much more gardening and even jogging.
That's my resolution for the coming year, starting slow whilst we still have some goodies in the house, but limiting myself to what Slimming world would allow me
