Running Total harvests:-
Cucumber Beth alpha in GH 4
Courgette Partenon in GH = 5 +1 = 6
Courgette = 5 +6 = 11
What do people do with all these cucumbers you grow. I have 2 plants and already I’m looking for people who I can give them away to.
Beth Alpha is a mini cuke - I'll eat one sliced in a sandwich - or munch it like a stick of rock.
In Turkey, they sell them by the cartload, literally, to passersby on the street. Imagine a Cart piled high with small cukes and people queuing to buy some! So refreshing - far more so than a cup of coffee.

When I lived in Tottenham the Turkish / Cypriot grocers sold the mini cucs which were great, one would do a side salad for the 2 or us

All Cara's leaves have gone yellow, even though she's in good compost...

The new leaves look good - not as bad as I expected!
The older leaves always look yellow and tired - you can cut the oldest off if you want to.
Has it been in direct sun that may have frizzled the edges of the leaves?
