Hello folks, this is in my unlabelled cucurbits bed, any idea what variety please?
As a guide of actually size it’s a bit larger than a grapefruit.

Do you know what you sowed as that would narrow the choices down a bit.
Could be a round courgette or one of a million squashes.
Definitely a cucurbit.
Still far to early to tell.
Did it come from a packet of seeds or a random seedling you found growing?

Well looking at my 3 spreadsheets? I sowed the ones below, some didn’t survive!
Obviously some can be discounted.
Note to self, label better next year!!
Courgettes:- All Green Bush, Sunstripe, Tromboncino, Golden Griller
Squash:- Patisson Gagat, Butterfly
Pumpkin:- Jack of all trades
Marrows:- Long Green Bush, Bush Baby
Never grown them but Pattison gagat maybe?

Ha, never a dull moment in the patch! I gave it a haircut today, not sure if I should but was struggling to see the fruit or navigate the area
