Hebe's are worth growing - evergreen, bees like the flower, good for cutting, easy to propagate from cuttings. 
At the moment, I only have a tall bushy, rather uninspiring green one with white flowers but have had the more compact variegated ones like Jay's.

Here is another for you Veggie! Any idea what this is? It’s a large bushy plant.
