Picked then pickled my chive flowers today.

Made a second jar today. Bob likes it so much, he’s starting collecting chive flowers from other gardens he works in   .

Another 2 jars made   .

Bumping this because my chive flowers are ready for picking.

I told Bob yesterday we need to order a bucket of white wine vinegar because the chives are flowering   .

First little jar of chive flower vinegar made.   

Also as I had half a stick of rhubarb left from cake making. I made a small test sample of Bacardi rhubarb liqueur. 
Will find out if it’s any good in 3 years time 

Removed flowers from the last jar I made. Made another 2 jars
