Excuse me coming up with a nutty question but, its raining, and I've been thinking!
Bear with me .........if I sowed a different type of seed every day of the year it would be 365/6 different plants..........which got me wondering just how many different plants/varieties I do sow.
From there I wondered how many different plants I eat during a year........
I don't have any answers to these questions but wondered whether you have any answers based on your own experience.

I've sown 39 things so far this year, but that includes resowing of failures and onion sets.

As here we mostly eat and grow those things we like, repeatedly year after year, I expect our list might be quite small. There are also thing we like but dont bother to sow because they always fail or are just too temperamental. Are you going to write out a list?

Flower seeds count as well as edibles!.
My "list" is just the note I make in my diary of what I've sown when and whether it germinates.
