It was a nice day. Bob was busy under the truck fixing/ replacing bits ready for the MOT . So I went for a walk to Glenbyer . It’s a walk I’ve done a few times before. Really not regularly enough. It’s lovely.

from the blue dot to the red dot . 1.9 miles apparently.

Unsurprisingly I took lots of photos along the way. Some are a little on the arty side    Blush ( hopefully they’re arty and not just **it ).

Some abandoned creels

I didn’t even notice what variety of tree it was. Just liked the shape.

Very arty water droplet on an oak leaf

Great photos, SC. I'm intrigued by Glenbyer. Does anyone live there? When was it abandoned? Who owns it and can I have it? Big Grin
Nobody lives there. Quite a lot of sheep camp out in parts of the building when the weather’s bad. The farm uses the outbuildings for sheep work. I think it’s owned by the sister of the local estate owner. Don’t know when it was abandoned. It’s definitely been empty for the 10 years we’ve been here. Don’t know of any plans to do it up. You’d love it. Regular passes by to chat to as the footpath carries on past the front of the building all the way to Carsaig. Never done it myself. Don’t fancy the rope ladder half way around.
Great photos and views
Good photos SC. Smile
Glenbyer looks like it could be used for a Horror move set.

Yeah it is a bit creepy . It could also be beautiful.
The photos are better than some calendars I've seen. Thanks for sharing.
