Do you know over the years we have bought some really expensive plants, yet the cheap ones we've bought always seem to do better! Last year I bought some ferns, cant remember the names other than they had large fronds, paid just under £50 for one of them and its dead, yet some £1.99 in a sale are looking wonderful.

They have replied quickly saying leave it well watered for two or three weeks then if plant hasn't picked up, to get back to them.
Well that’s missing the point. That’s not endearing themselves to anyone with BS response like that!

They have replied quickly saying leave it well watered for two or three weeks then if plant hasn't picked up, to get back to them.
They've reduced the price by £10 since you bought it. That's rubbing salt into your wounds.

Nope that's the price I paid, the rest was delivery!
As you say, it should sort itself out eventually but their site says "Never Beaten...On Quality or Price!" and it isn't as shapely or as healthy as the specimens in their video on their. You could leave a review with your picture on their site and say something like you would have appreciated a plant like the ones in their video.
Just sent them an updated photo and told them it is dying before my eyes and that I am not happy!
We'll see what transpires?
This Gardening Express is a reet fly by night operation and I wouldn't advise anyone to use them.
After numeroos emails I got one back from the postmaster to say there inbox was full and they wouldn't accept any more emails and to contact them another way. I's like pulling teeth trying to get through to them to start with as there are no contact details!.
