Thats a proper British Spring flower bouquet. I hope you did well?
I would snap that up.
Thanks for asking Veggie.
It was snowing and absolutely freezing.
Even fewer customers than usual turned out to brave the weather.
Needless to say ….. neither did my rival!
Who’s the mug - turning up and standing outside for five and a half hours - and paying for the privilege.
Her stall was there today though (I don’t do Saturdays) and was highly promoted on WhatsApp and Facebook by the Market Manager.
Oh well! Things can only get better!
She's obviously not reliable, unlike you. Maybe she'll just do Saturdays and leave you with your Friday regulars - I hope so.
This was my stall yesterday.  All I could take were daffodils and a bit of foliage as far as cut flowers were concerned.
But I kept to my principles and only took plants and flowers from my garden.
Obviously I can’t compete with gerberas, lilies, chrysanthemums. stocks, lilies and roses - but wait till all my annuals start flowering!!
Anyway - no  more moaning from me on this subject   (you’ll be pleased to hear!).
Again - Thanks one and all for your interest.
There are far too many other things to concentrate on and worry about (just like the rest of you!) - sowing seeds,  pricking out, potting on, weeding, digging, clearing greenhouse etc.
Not to mention windowsill hostilities!
I think your stall looks great FEW

So do I. Well done FEW for having so much choice on a snowy March Friday.  Cool
I think it looks brilliant. I would definitely be more interested in your stall than one with lots of flown in flowers that I could pick up far cheaper at any supermarket! (She says, having paid an eye-watering sum to have foreign-grown flowers delivered to her mother this week...)
Your stall does look pretty with a good assortment of flowers.
