I've finally made a start.

2 jars of courgette pickle.
I've just made 4 jars of plum chutney to go with the 4 jars of plum jam
Whilst browsing the net I came across this recipe for BACON JAM!!!!! Cool I must have a go at making this methinks as i have all the stuff to hand anyway! Smile

I’ve not tried making it but We brought a jar from a show. It wasn’t very nice at all. Horrible texture. All I thought was a good way to bugger up perfectly good bacon. Bob thought it was ok but hasn’t gone out of his way to buy more.

Thanks for that SC, I think you've just sunk my boat! Tongue Rolleyes  Never daunted though,I'm determined to give it a try at some point Big Grin
I like bacon jam Vinny! If I make it again, I would keep it in small jars, so that it's easier to warm it up before you use it. When it's cold, it's hard and grainy. Much better at least luke warm Smile

3 jars blackberry apple jam
4 jars raspberry jam

3 containers dehydrated apple

6 jars of courgette/cucumber pickle.
2023 Chutney & Jam Central

Starts here Big Grin
Made 7 jars of unset strawberry jam. Reboiled it with the juice of 3 lemons/limes and now have 6 jars of set strawberry jam. Big Grin
