Cerinthe
The cerinthe is a funny one as the seeds don't ripen at the same time so I have to check them often, giving them a little tickle to catch each seed before they drop to the ground. I'm keeping a small bowl in the kitchen to collect them.

after reading this I went up to my plants and had a good rummage on the floor and found some!! I've e just sown them - they are in my propagator, I will over winter the plants if they pop, and will put out early next year.
Collected some tromboncino seeds.
Went to the little cafe at end of the road with friends yesterday. They have vase’s on the tables. There were poppy seed heads in them. So I collected some seeds
. Luckily I always carry a seed bag. Just in case the opportunity arises
