Baby parsnips will suit me fine!
Salad bowl, Riccia Rossa, Mazur, and Valmaine lettuce.

French Breakfast and Cherry Belle radishes.
Yesterday I sown snowdrop turnips and bulb fennel.
Today I dug up my spuds to clamp, my onions to dry on racking, an area of peas to save seed. This left me some growing area so I’ve sown some early Nantes carrots which I’ll probably cover in about 8 weeks or so to see if I can get something for the Christmas table. Some beetroot, some Caulis and Kale in pots, and a tub of peas. Also sowed some green manure in my smallest bed which was looking a little exhausted.
Mixed up all the old spinach and chard seeds and scattered them liberally in the GH amongst the lettuce seedlings. If they germinate its a bonus - and I'll have the fun of identifying the seedlings.
Tidy rows and labels..................forget it. Wink
