I know them as lamb's ears. Big Grin
Stachys byzantina, (lamb's-ear), lambs leaf lettuce, dandelion (you have to feed the rabbits), bunny tail grass, poached egg plant (not that they grow for me). I have drawn a line under growing egg plants (aubergines)
Going with a bonnet theme - nemesia 'easter bonnet' , aquilegia aka grannys bonnet, Coursetia glandulosa. Baby Bonnets
Scotch bonnet chilli. Cottontail grass.
Isn’t there a cucumber called dragon egg? Or did I dream that ?
