You do like to prod the sleeping tiger, don't you V? You can go off people you know Big Grin
PS I expect the Bijou was lovely.
"Sleeping tiger" ??? ...........you.  Rolleyes Big Grin
More like a little pussy cat.  Tongue
slightly bigger than a pusycat, but definitely docile, meow, purrrrr
Picked first rhubarb yesterday, first for several years. I rescued a bit from the wildlife area 2 years ago that has just about developed enough to pick some.
Asparagus, only one but I am hoping it will have friends soon and good ole rhubarb.
Baby carrots from the gh, so much nicer than the shop bought stuff.
First chives, lovely fresh and green onion hit!
I have been nibbling my Black Seeded Simpson lettuce. I have so much seed and it's growing beautifully, but it's seeming like a leaf for bulking out a salad rather than for flavour or texture. Not necessarily a bad thing, but you wouldn't want it as your only lettuce.
Spring greens. The variety is April but is rather tasteless.
Yesterday was rocket, lettuce, & asparagus
Today will be rhubarb.
