So we’ll be having pancake Wednesday. It’ll definitely be lemon & sugar. 

Lemon and lime juice with sugar.

My girls are obsessed with american pancakes (the spongy cakey ones) so mine was golden syrup. If I could have proper pancakes then lemon and sugar - maybe I will sneak those in a lunch time next week.

Spread with orange, rhubarb and ginger jam with a dollop of yoghurt on top.

I remember about 10 years ago or more being in New Jersey visiting family and we went to the IHOP (International House of Pancakes) for breakfast, I’m not mad on American pancakes but with crispy bacon and maple syrup they were edible, but what amazed me was the menu you could have a 3 course meal for dinner all pancakes with crepes for sweet.

We had duck and hoisin sauce, spring onions and cucumber. Was very good.

Same as last year for me..............lemon and sugar!

Almost the same as last year for me - I'm not making any.
