Just had a look on youtube and put in a search for Elderflower and Strawberry Champagne. This is what i found:-

This appears to be more of an alcoholic version and uses raisins instead of lemons plus it has yeast added.
And here's me thinking I was being original!

Just had my first taste. Plenty of taste and fizz. Strange though, it looks and tastes like pink grapefruit?

Drinking this years brew now. To make it last a little bit longer and still enjoy the taste I fill a pint glass 1/4 full with it and top it up with cheap diet lemonade! Refreshing and tasty,especially from the fridge!
