Les Amis do take dogs to the UK for the right home ...
We already have two Sad If I hadn't taken on this little terrier I would have tried. I think this dog would benefit from the sole attention of its owner. Our collie at the moment has eyes only for my husband. I love collies. Just the perfect dog.
Well, the final chapter.
Last week Didi went to his new home in northern Italy, to live with the Belgian friend of the Finnish friend who helped us to first try and tame him and then to catch him as kindly as we could!
Today we were sent a video of him running around with his new housemate and although his tail is still down, he was bouncing around. There is one other dog, a steady black lab and a couple of horses.
I confess to having a little cry when I saw this happy, normal dog. And I may get to see him again Smile
Wonderful news, PP. Big Grin
Aww happy ending Smile That is such wonderful news ❤❤❤
I like a happy ending Smile
It's amazing how animals learn to trust us humans again, even after poor circumstances. A wonderful outcome for your boy.
That’s great news PP, well done. Happy new life Didi
Great news PP, thanks for updating us. Hope Didi has a wonderful new life. It’s been great to follow his story!
Thanks everyone - I'll put up some photos of him sometime if his new human is happy with that Smile
Les Amis have just posted a video on YouTube about Didi's journey which I thought might be of interest.
