Contrary to what some may think I don't think I've asked a stupid question in a while so here goes.......

Is there a right time to save seeds from a plant?

When they're ripe.

No worries how do you tell when they are ripe Veggie?

What plants are you asking about?

Various, all veg, but as an example Sea Beet?
