Guilty treats - no such thing in my world. If I like it, I'm going to eat it. Big Grin
However, some of the stuff that passes as "treats" these days would never touch my lips - those sickly looking doughnuts, takeaway junk burgers, fizzy drinks in a bucket sized container..............jus thinking of drinking it makes me need a bucket. Wink
I suppose chocolate is mine, I just can't stop at one bit, it's easier not to have any. Then there's butter of course and high calorie dairy cheese, cream etc. All of which are fine in moderation, that's the bit I find difficult Big Grin
Don't bother with alcohol, junk food or fizzies so they're not a lure.
