Picked first few strawberries yesterday and a garlic.

First fully ripened strawberry today with the promise of many more to come. Cool

I thought as a treat, I would weed the strawberry bed for it being so good to me. Rolleyes

I've also got Oregon Sugar Pod or it could be Sugar bon (got names/pkts mixed up), like you I find them smaller and don't know how big to let them grow.
Yesterday - first and last gooseberries, all six of them. For the last two years we've only had a single one, so this is a massive improvement  Tongue
Nasturtium seeds they'll be added to this evenings salad.
My first bunch of sweet peas they really do smell nice.
Pity they’ll all the same colour but might be down to me using saved seeds from last years flowers.

They pretty much always come true from seed, so I just keep a couple of pods from each colour so I can keep the varieties separate. A couple of seedlings of each colour is all I need.
