Thanks Bren, I'm sure I've seen Delia's recipe in my books.  Now I have to convince P to have lamb instead of turkey next year.  Not going to happen I fear, maybe Easter,  don't often have a roast for just the two of us.

My favourites are 'Sunday dinner' pies. Whatever is left goes into a pie..........barring the yorkies of course. Smile

Good idea, seems a shame to waste them.  Big Grin

What are they like when defrosted though? Huh I imagine they will go soggy?

Left over Yorkshire's? The best sunday dinner should be
Starter - yorkshire with onion gravy
Main - full roast dinner (meat chosen by preference, veg alternative if preferred) as many veg as possible, roasts and Yorkshires.
Dessert - cold yorkshires with butter and jam.
Cheese course - cheese and yorkshires
Coffee- with mini cold yorkshires and honey/golden syrup

Any yorkshires left over after that should be served cold for breakfast with marmalade and butter.
