that looks lush - purple spuds tempt me as I adore a smoky flavour. I think thats why my favourite tomatoes are often the darker ones.
We normally have around 7 veg, as have potato carrot and swede mash, with runner beans, peas, broccoli, caulis plus meat, apple sauce and mint sauce
