I have grown a couple of marrow's and only have childhood memories of tasteless slop.
Thought I would try it again....any good recipes?

Not had it for years but I've generally enjoyed them stuffed, the trick is to not overcook as you want them al dente.
Will probably have a similar recipe this year with some larger courgettes
