it’s something my Grandad used to say. Apparently it brings you luck. But only if it’s the first words out of your mouth.

Wow thank you. Lots of thing have just fallen into place reading that. My grandads brother was in the RAF . So I’m guessing it came from that. That’s great.

Quite quite possibly  Big Grin He had a wicked sense of humour. I think I was also quite young when he told me as well  Cool .

I was taught to say "White rabbits, white rabbits, white rabbits" but only for months with a "R" in them, so May wouldn't count. Good job too, as I only realised it was the 1st of May this evening!
Formerly self-contained, but expanding my gardening horizons beyond pots!
