Lovely. My cut flowers atm are the tuberous begonia stalks blow down by yesterday's wind. They don't look too happy. Do ythink the stems will root in water?

It’s amazing what will root if it’s just stuck in a jam jar of water on the windowsill.
I do it with everything that breaks off.

Thinking the wind had lessened I wasn't worrying about any more begonia breakages, then lo and behold i come in for lunch and there's two stems snapped. The other pink one has been fine, go figure. Note to self get some of those circular supports for next year.

My first and probably last big bunch of flowers for the year.  But I like it. Just hope the lady I’m giving it to, likes it.
