That was a labour of love Veggie. Sadly I'm none the wiser but I'll have a look to see if I recognise any.

It was an excuse not to go out in the cold, JJB. Wink
You must recognise some of those flowers - aster, calendula, cosmos, dahlia and more. If you don't, now is a good time to learn. Tongue

You're right, I grow all of those with varying degrees of success, and will continue to do so.

I know you just like to play dumb - but you're not really ! Smile

If you reduce the duplicated names to one of each (like 5 different Salvias = 1) there are 62 different plants. Wonder how many of those I can grow this year.?
Some I grow now..............must give this some thought!

Anyone up for a Challenge?

Dahlia
Delphinium elatum
Dianthus barbatus
Digitalis purpurea = foxglove
Dipsacum fullonum = wild teasel

Echinacea purpurea
Echinops banaticus = known as blue globe-thistle
Echinops ritro
Erigeron speciosus = many names ending in fleabane
Eryngium giganteum = another type of thistle
Eryngium planum
Eschscholzia californica = Californian poppy ( I guessed that one correctly )

Thanks for writing all these flowers out veggie. I’m leaning a lot, googling all of them. Some I know some I should know , but just can’t get the name to stick in my tiny head, like digitalis.

Only have 3 off this list.
