Fish in mushroom veg stew: onions, garlic, carrots, potatoes, squash, green beans, celery, mushrooms and fish, tin of mushroom soup, stock cube and some coconut milk. Chris had quorn pieces instead of fish. Should be enough for another 2 sittings. Could have used dried beans instead of fish. Other veg options were capsicum and cauli from the freezer.

Not my usual Sunday roast but I had to use some YS purchases.
Oven cooked cod fillets (cooked in lemon & butter) with home made chips (cooked in beef dripping) and a few mushy peas to go with it!
