B. Porridge with wheat flakes, rhubarb & yogurt
L. Hummus, rocket on sourdough bread.
Orange.
D. Southern fried Quorn things, wholegrain rice, sunflower seeds, broccoli and sweet chilli sauce.
All FREE except the Quorn.

Orange & Oatmeal & raisin cookie
D. Leftover Quorn things with mushroom, broccoli, pumpkin seeds and wholegrain rice stirfry.

Lunch was KFC as we were off island.
This evening we were taste testing and reviewing a cheese & ham toasted sandwich. Luckily it was free because it was horrible.

D. Last of the Quorn things, last of the rice with mushrooms, broccoli and pumpkin seeds, not quite the last of the hummus and a big handful of mixed salad leaves.
Result - a bit more room in the fridge.
