Hi Vinny
Couldn't help thinking of you on my walk with Stella this morning.
I was wondering how Kato has been?

I was wondering how Kato has been? Hi Danny. Thanks for your kind thoughts.
Kato is just lying moping and being quite unsociable around the house. He did eat his dinner though last night which is a good thing.
I've had him out for his morning walk this morning but he just seems sad.
We all have different ways of coping and he never was a 'cuddly' dog, but he's definitely subdued.
I have been looking at the German Shepherd Rescue site online at OH's behest but I am not sure I am ready, or of an age, to take on another dog and give it the exercise it deserves.

Kato may be picking up your vibes too, Vinny and that will make him sad too.
Go for a lovely long walk and spoil him (and you). x

I know exactly what you mean regards the age / exercise comment. Rightly or wrongly we have discussed options post Stella and I'm not sure I could handle a young Staffie!
I'm sure you'll make the right decision when the time is right.
After I lost my 1st Staffie we said never again, now I'm staring at Stella looking at me from the sofa
Regards..........Danny
