Technical forum help needed - JJB - 28-12-2020

In the past I've set up a signature.  I haven't got one at the moment and want to add one.  I go to 'edit signature', type in my text, tap either 'update signature' or 'preview signature ' and an error message telling me I don't have access to this operation Error 403.  What am I doing wrong?

I'm getting the same Error 403 message. We'll look into it..............but you may have to wait until after the Boss's Birthday. Wink

I'm not aging, I just need repotting
Greetings from Wiltshire

If I tap update signature I get the error message, I've just left it and am posting this to see what i get in the way of a signature.

My edit hasn't taken. It must be finger trouble somewhere I must be missing a trick.

Changed it for you whilst I investigate

Great Signature, Boss. Smile

RE: Technical forum help needed - JJB - 28-12-2020

I've sussed it. I can't 'preview' or 'update' by tapping the buttons beneath the text box but if I enter text and go to the main menu on the LH side and tap 'change signature ' it makes the change

Well done...will add that to the memory bank Smile

I've just tried to remove the double line spacing between the two lines of text, or even remove the second line completely, but can't do either. There's something hinky somewhere. If you're able can you close the two lines of text for me then I will leave well alone.

For info the error message was:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Not a huge problem Boss, eat your cake and enjoy, after. New year will be fine. Thanks Veggie and Boss
