Not sure where to post this question, but as it conserns eating I hope it OK here
Can you use fresh parsley seeds in cooking and can you eat them straight of the plant?

Thanks Veggie that site provides some answers, the reason for the question is because I have flat leaved parsley in the greenhouse going to seed and I take a bit of parsley to mask the smell of garlic which I take everyday and OH moans about the smell of it, so wondered if the seeds would do the same
