Just been to the plot to plant the last of my climbing beans.
 
Whilst I was there I harvested the first ever produce from the plotSmile The irony is I didn’t sow it, well not this year anyway! I’ve had my eye on it for a few weeks now, sprouted up in the onion / broadies bed which contains new and old MPC.


Now it looks like a perfectly formed lettuce however the leaves are a lot tougher???

Courgettes, lettuce, cavelo nero, broad beans, mangetout and a bunch of sweet peas that should have been mangetout but must have got mixed up. OH was pleased with them anyway
