All I picked today!
4 courgettes sliced lengthwise into 3, 3 Bijou mangetout and a handful of DFBs, all tossed in seasoned flour and shallow fried until crispy brown..
Mangetout puff up!
Normally, I'd eat this with grated cheese or dipped in mayonnaise but tonight, I ate them neat as I wanted to savour my first real taste of courgettes for 2020.
Followed by Strawberries and raspberries.

Free meal. Smile

Oven baked hake that was marinated in garlic and herbs with homemade oven baked chips and steamed peas. Very tasty but next time I need to put some chilli in the marinade to give it a bit of a kick.
